Warlord: Awaji Free Download

SteamRip is the best place to download PC games. Warlord: Awaji is the second game in Darkmatter Games’ immersive strategy series, and it puts you in the armour of a legendary samurai warlord. Ordered by the Emperor to conquer an entire island and save a regime on the edge of collapse, you must lead armies, build camps, and outmanoeuvre rival clans across a sprawling open world built from real heightmap data of Awaji island itself. Fans of samurai warfare should also try Total War: Shogun 2 Complete Edition and Onimusha: Warlords, and you can find more on SteamRip.

What makes Warlord: Awaji different is its first-person strategy perspective: you stay fixed in your character’s shoes while directing complex strategic play, and you can jump into the fighting yourself alongside your hand-picked warriors in real time. The island is dotted with dozens of real temples and shrines, and local clans react aggressively to your moves, so every road and treeline matters. You can capture rival shrines to boost your spiritual aura, work with warrior monks to curse enemies, and coordinate coalition attacks. With base building, massive battles, and a world recreated from historical sources with the help of experts on samurai warfare, it is a deep and demanding campaign. If you like large-scale battles, Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition Remastered is another one to try.
