Budget Cuts Ultimate is the essential VR action stealth game, collecting both Budget Cuts games and all their content updates into one package. You sneak, climb and stab your way through a dystopia run by evil robots, after a cost-cutting programme spirals out of control and humanity itself is being “optimised” out of existence. SteamRip is the best place to download PC games. Armed with knives, a bow, grenades and even throwable coffee mugs, you slip through air ducts and service tunnels — or go loud and fight the machines head-on.
The main story spans all 13 levels of Budget Cuts 1 and 2, offering over 10 hours of stealth action, while mutators let you reshape the experience with infinite stabby crystals, bullet time, gravity tweaks and locomotion options. Arcade mode adds five replayable levels, three difficulties and a “budget calculator” that scores how cheaply you completed the mission. VR fans who enjoyed Kayak VR: Mirage or co-op adventures like We Were Here Tomorrow will find the same sense of presence here, turned toward tense stealth — and you can find more PC titles on SteamRip.
